Training Overview
Knowing what is change and why is it necessary is one of the important things to discuss nowadays wherein CHANGE is inevitable and innovation is a must for an organization to grow and adapt as time goes by. Managing change and facing the transitions that change creates, can be stressful and difficult to adapt at first. The biggest hurdle to overcome is the resistance to change and yet this so often has the least focus in a change programmed.
On this training program, we will be sharing and using real-life examples for business transitions from traditional to modern era, trainees will learn to thrive on change, minimize the stress that transition creates and gain the confidence to push through. They will master how to galvanize individual motivations, overcome resistance, dismantle the barriers to communicating change and assess the severity and complexity of the change facing people.
